Order of the Court: After consultation with Judge Federman, the Court on its own motion has reviewed the automatic transfer of divisional venue in this case. The local rule regarding automatic transfers of Stone Co. cases from the Southwestern to the Southern Division under certain circumstances was intended to apply to individual filings. The Court thus sets aside its order automatically granting the transfer.
