Objections were due no later than July 6, 2023; none have been filed. The court has analyzed the Application, as well as its related notice of hearing (Dkt. 300) and certificate of service (Dkt. 302). Based on that analysis, the court finds and concludes that service and notice are proper, the Application is proper in form and substance, and the fees and costs requested therein are reasonable, with the exception of the request for future fees and costs not yet incurred. Accordingly, the court will exercise its discretion under B.L.R. 9013-2(a) and will rule on the Application without oral argument.
