Order: The United States trustee has moved to dismiss. ECF No. 7. The motion relies in part on filing deficiencies identified in the court's February 12, 2024 order stating that unless the purported foreign representative cures the filing deficiencies identified in the order and supplements the record as commanded by February 22, 2024, the court will dismiss the case. ECF No. 8. The UST has also moved to shorten notice of, and expedite any hearing on, his motion to dismiss, as well as to limit service of it. ECF No. 7. The UST's motion should proceed on the same track as the court's order. So, the UST is directed to serve his motion to dismiss on the parties identified in the court's February 12 order by no later than February 13, 2024, with notice that any objection to it must be filed by no later than February 22, 2024. The notice must make clear that if no objection to the motion to dismiss is timely filed, the court may dismiss the case without a hearing. The UST's motion to expedite (ECF No. 7) is granted to the extent provided in this order and otherwise denied. s/ G.
